The Charles Hotel is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Cambridge near Harvard University. It is a AAA Four Diamond Hotel. Offering all the comforts of home, luxurious accommodations and many amenities for its guests. The Charles is within walking distance to the city’s attractions as well as being minutes from downtown Boston.
The Charles Hotel wanted to provide their customer with an electric vehicle charger that would fit in with their hotels premium experience. Providing their guests with this added amenity would not only ease stress for those customers that drive electric vehicles but would also attract new customers of EVs as well.
JuiceBar’s recommendation was to install a JuiceBar Double, which provides a level 2-charge port and a level 1-charge port. The hotel was providing the charge free of cost to their guests so there was not a need for a point of sale system. In addition to complete the premium experience we suggested installing our Race Deck flooring from our Green Garage Oasis.

The Charles Hotel now has provided free of charge a way to attract new guests that drive electric vehicles but also eliminate stress for those returning guests that drive an EV.
